Bikini time

Is it too soon already to be shopping for bikinis? I think not! I always like to get ahead in my shopping so that way I am guaranteed to find the perfect size. As most of you ladies know, bikinis are probably the hardest things to buy. We have to make sure that it's a perfect fit and that you feel comfortable in it. Here are some bikinis I found online on net-a-porter that I think are the best choices.  I am really into the high waisted bikinis lately, very 60's inspired.

Coffee for the hair?

Coffee addict much? I for sure am one of these people who can't start my day properly without have a decent cup of coffee every morning. So we've all heard so many different reviews about the disadvantages coffee has on you but how about the positive stuff? Yes coffee does include positive things too. Did you know that coffee is a great way for stimulating hair follicles? Many studies that have been conducted shows that coffee also decreases the hormones that are responsible for hair loss. Do not worry, if you are not much of a coffee drinker because there is another way you can take advantage of coffee by applying it to your hair. Yes this sounds gross, but at the end of the day, us women do a lot of crazy things just to look beautiful so what's pouring coffee on your hair compared to all the other outrageous things many of us do.

1)Rinse your hair with shampoo and conditioner
2) Poor the coffee on your head ( leaving it as long as possible)
3) Rinse your hair

You could do this treatment once a month but be careful it tends to darken light hair. So if you are thinking of going darker this could also be a good and natural way of doing it.

P.S: I still havn't tried this technique yet but hopefully in the near future I might

Stella McCartney lace trousers

Okay I admit I have a problem. I am highly addicted to lace! For some reason I keep finding myself getting drawn into anything that has lace. I have been on a search for the perfect lace pants for a while now, and randomly to my luck I found the perfect pair! I cant wait to wear it. Perfect for a night out to dinner, and it works perfectly because it can be sexy yet very conservative at the same time. However I also have my head wrapped around beautiful pair from Stella McCartney on net-a-porter but unfortunately they ran out of my size. The detailing is so amazing and the choice of colour couldn't be better. Here's hoping I come across it in my size.

Florals

Sorry for my lack of posts the past couples of days. I flew back from home and was trying to get back into my routine again so my schedule has been pretty busy. The drastic Change weathers I experience made me seriously want summer to approach even faster! I cannot bare wearing jackets and boots any longer!  With that said, I keep on thinking about all the summer goodies I cannot wait to wear! One of them is definitely the floral print.

Who said Varsity jackets were only designed to be worn by men? What do you all think of this trend? I remember back in my boarding school where we had these jackets and could custom design them. I literally only wore it twice because I thought that it was a little too tomboyish for me. So here we are, a few years later and I am considering to take it out of my closet and finally wear it. (Never would I have thought that I would be able to.)  Below are some looks from the various fashion weeks, I actually like how they played around with them, pairing them with a skirt, or wearing a bright jacket by adding a feminine touch.

Dungrees/Overalls

So it seems that overalls has taken it's peak. Literally everywhere and to be honest I kind of dig it.  The question is, are you daring enough to wear it? Sure it does seem very casual and most of you might relate it to a "farmer's look" but I must contradict you that overalls can as well be dressy. If you pair them with the correct shoes and accessories correctly I think that you would stand out the most with your "unique" look. Well for now at least, before everyone starts wearing them.

Celine

Ok so the Celine phantom, luggage and trapeze have been taking over for a while but what about this new baby? I think it's going to be the next big hit! I love its practicality. For those of you who own the trapeze you might have realized that the only disadvantage of it is it's opening. It can be slightly annoying due to the flap but this one simply zips up and could be held just like the trapeze (Minus the long strap) I love its simplicity and elegancy. Perhaps the next on my wish list?

Stripes

Stripes are everywhere! If you are not digging this look, you better start getting used to it because it is going to be around literally everywhere! I can't even begin to name the amount of striped pieces I have come across lately. I know that it might give off a "prisoner" vibe but if you style it correctly it can come off looking cool.

Chanel FALL 2013

Yet again, there's no doubt that the Chanel show was a great success. Themed around the concept of the globe which could symbolises how successful Chanel is that it has literally taken over the world. I love all the beautiful details of every piece! I swear I wish I could own it all! A lot of high length knee boots and chains. It seems that Karl played a little twist by making his collection very edgy and young yet keeping up to the Chanel standards by always keeping its simplicity for the more conservative. As you can see I couldn't keep my limited amount of pictures so here are 18 different looks. If I could I would probably have put them all up!
