Some very sad news today..Nicolas Ghesquiere parts ways with Balenciaga. The designer has been working for Balenciaga since 1997 with tremendous success. There are times in life when you require change, and perhaps want to move on from one thing to another. However this was very sudden and unexpected. Rumor has it that the PPR and Ghesquiere both had a mutual decision on his depart. His unique style and a lot of his influential looks will be missed. There is no news yet for who will be the next designer, let us hope though that it will be someone just as great!
